We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, as we were in town to attend the Cold Chisel 50th birthday concert. Staff were helpful with advice on the best local eateries. Although on a busy road, it was quiet in the room. The balcony also provided a great spot for a morning cuppa.

This was the nicest motel room I've ever stayed in! Not that typical dated, brick walled, beds all lined up in one room motel that I was expecting at all. The room was so fresh and light and modern, it was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. There was everything you could need, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron, hair dryer and more. The heater/air conditioning unit was perfect for a chilly night and kept us all warm. The bathroom was so spacious and again, so clean! Great shower too. Two TVs, very comfortable beds and Shane, the owner, was an absolute joy. Such a friendly and helpful man, approachable and inviting, helpful and knowledgeable on the area too. Will 100% stay again next time I'm in Ballarat and would recommend anyone else visiting stays here too!

Great simple no fuss check in. Great simple no fuss check out. Friendly staff who are there to assist you in anyway they can throughout the stay. Even gave me a coat hanger when my idiot business partner locked his keys in this car. These people look after you well if you have to do a roadshow in Ballarat (which i hope you don't in winter)

Our room came with a small kitchenette where there was a toaster, microwave and hot plate. This was a great bonus for us to be able to have breakfast in the room and not spend lots of money on eating out. There were also plates and cutlery so we had a takeaway in the evening. Room was great and the adjoining bedroom had a tv which the boys loved. Location was fantastic and loads of restaurants right on your doorstep. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location close to Coles, bakers delight. McDonald's and across the road from Pizza Hut. The room was spacious and had a mini bar. Electric blankets, air conditioning, and large bathroom. Balcony just off our room and could watch the world go by. Didn't hear traffic as we were facing the road.

The Motel tried to accomodate an early checkin as we had arrived early on a flight from Perth and needed to work. We were actually able to check in 3hrs early which helped us greatly. Love having tea and coffee making available to help me through the day. Freindly helpful staff.

Bakery Hill is on the outskirts of the CBD but stil in walkng distance. Pub next door and several restaurants and a supermarket a short walk away. Room was clean and tidy with all expected faciities. Off street parking was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean rooms, polite staff and very convenient in general. Very close to center of ballarat, 5’ walk and was not noisy at all even the motel being on a busy road.
